Objectives
This course covers topics related to organizational and management infrastructure and support required to
establish a sustainable quality assurance function within a software engineering organization. The course
addresses a variety of issues and questions, ranging from staff development and retention, to teamwork and
communications, to polices and procedures. The course offers practical insight and advice on how to deal with
some of the day-to-day operations issues vs. longer term strategic planning and goals within a quality
